THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: YOU SHOULD CONSIDER REMOVING SOME OF THE BOUNDARIES THAT HAVE YOU CONFINED. Some boundaries are good, they provide an atmosphere, within the confines of, where we can flourish. Speed limits, laws, rules and regulations are all examples of necessary boundaries. Sporting events, most of which take place on some kind of a field or arena obviously have boundaries. So the idea of a boundary that confines you is not all bad…in fact it can be very good and necessary. God Himself has established boundaries in in which He has established His creation. However, some of the boundaries that confine us are self imposed and need to be removed. They are in the way, unnecessarily, of your progress in life. Consider what the BOUNDARY OF THE FAMILIAR can do to impede your progress in life. Jesus appeals to a rich young ruler; [Matthew 19:21-22] “Jesus said to him, “If you want to be perfect, go, sell what you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow Me.” But when the young man heard that saying, he went away sorrowful, for he had great possessions.” He refused Jesus’ invitation and what an invitation it was. God in the flesh is asking this man to follow…and he won’t! Shocking?…not really. He’s doing what many do, HE’S REFUSING TO STEP OUTSIDE THE BOUNDARY OF THE FAMILIAR. He doesn’t want risk, something new or any kind of challenge. He’s happy the way things are in his life. It’s a boundary that’s he is unwilling to step outside of and look at what he missed out on! That is why SOME BOUNDARY’S NEED TO BE GOTTEN RID OF, CROSSED OVER OR TAKEN OUT OF THE WAY. They are hindering you. Then there is the BOUNDARY OF UNBELIEF. This boundary hinders people for trusting God, experiencing a miracle, living and walking by faith. [Matthew 13:58] “Now Jesus did not do many mighty works there because of their unbelief.” This was His hometown, they knew Him, saw Jesus grow up and were familiar with his mother, father, brother and sisters. ‘Who does He think He is?’…they thought. They refused to believe, they wouldn’t step outside the boundary of their unbelief and they missed out on the miracles of Jesus being manifested in their midst. God has great things for every life, YOU SHOULD CONSIDER TODAY WHICH BOUNDARIES NEED TO BE REMOVED SO YOU CAN MOVE FORWARD IN THE WILL OF GOD.
